Thank you for the wonderful care and service you have provided for my mother. In the months she has been at Arcare Cheltenham, she has experienced nothing less than the best care, supported by the most caring staff we could imagine.

Your staff, from nurses and carers to kitchen staff, cleaners, maintenance and administration, always show the greatest respect even though we can see that they face many challenges every day.

The establishment is clean and organised and the activities are varied and interesting. The food is plentiful and of high standards as it is always served with a smile.

Mum has gone through some difficult times with her health, but the care and attention during this time has been very professional.

We are comforted knowing that we can always trust that the right attention is given and the right decisions are being made.

We have been kept informed at every stage and especially during COVID, your protocols have been the best.

Dexter, we appreciate the way you make yourself available to all and make us feel so comfortable. You run a happy staff and involve yourself as much as possible with the residence. Your management skills are exemplary and we are very lucky to have you.

My brother Paul and I wish you and your staff the very best going forward.

On behalf of our mum Felicia and her family, we write to thank you and your team for ensuring our father Giuseppe is receiving all the appropriate care he needs.
We know that all of you have experienced a most demanding 2020, but we can say with the utmost confidence that Arcare Cheltenham’s staff have handled themselves with the most professional standards of any care facility we know. The staff are always smiling ( even behind all that PPE) and never deny a request. You must take pride in walking into your workplace each day. Dad has begun to settle which makes mum and us know we made the right choice in Arcare. Congratulations and thank you.

I just wanted to thank all the staff at Arcare Cheltenham for all the care given to my father, whilst he was there. To all the workers once again my gratitude, in particular to Mema, Ahmed and Nurse Upeka.
