Cooking with Kevin

During the precautionary lockdown, Arcare Keysborough general services manager, Kevin commenced hosting his own cooking demonstrations.

Kevin, who has previously worked as a chef, was keen to share his cooking knowledge and skills with the Keysborough community.

On one cold Autumn afternoon, Kevin chose to demonstrate how to make mini lemon meringue pies with his home-grown lemons. Clients asked questions, as Kevin ran everyone through the recipe, step by step.

Team member also demonstrated how to make her special Dalgona coffees.

It is safe to say though, that everyone’s favourite part of the demonstration was taste testing the finished products.
