My wife is astounded that I am using the new Breezie tablet at Arcare Surrey Hills. We had one previously that I was not really interested in back then but now I am learning many new things. It’s great!
I have been watching YouTube clips of Duke Ellington from the 1940s and listening to ‘Don’t cry for me Argentina’.
You are never too old to learn something new. Just give it a go and you might be surprised.

I have lived in Surrey Hills since 1983, during which time I was the Chief Physiotherapist at Box Hill Hospital.
One of the highlights of my life was when I was offered to work in private practice with the National President of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
I reached a point in my life where I require support and I heard about the new residence opening up in Surrey Hills. It appealed to me because it was close to my home in Broughton Road where I had become very comfortable within the area.
I like the fact that I have access to walking outside from my room. I have a private bathroom, my favourite paintings on the wall, a fridge, and plenty of storage for my belongings.
I want to enjoy my life to the fullest with the care and attention of the staff which have been very good to me.
