Moosical fun with Maggie Moo at Arcare Eight Mile Plains

Recently, Maggie Moo Music brought lots of moosical fun to Arcare Eight Mile Plains!

Everyone had such a great time singing, playing and chatting away with the children.

They brought out the maracas and soon, everyone was singing and playing along.

There was so much laughter and happy noise around the room!

To make things even more exciting, there were balloons all over the place and the children’s faces just lit up!

Seeing the children so happy and energetic definitely put a big smile on the clients’ faces.

“I had so much fun with the kids, can we do it again?” the clients commented.

Maggie Moo Music is an organisation that offers music sessions for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.

The children sing, dance, play, learn and have fun during the music sessions.

And they always make sure to include lots of sensory interactions and actions to keep the children engaged and learning.

It was also great to see the clients who don’t usually participate in activities get involved during the Maggie Moo music session.

One of the clients at Arcare Eight Mile Plains, Ronald, usually keeps to himself but today, it was like he was a different person.

He played balloons and danced with a little girl for quite some time.

We had never seen Ronald smile so much before!

This was a wonderful intergenerational activity and it was good to see such a great turnout at the Maggie Moo music session.

We hope to have them again at Arcare Eight Mile Plains!
