At Arcare, we welcome you as the friend, family, or carer of members of our communities.

Arcare’s 4 Values- Relationships, Uniqueness, Partnerships and Flexibility- underpin all we do.

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all who enter our residences with kindness at the forefront of all interactions.

A visitor is determined as anyone entering an Arcare residence who is not a resident or team member.

We ask visitors, attending an Arcare residence, to register their arrival and departure from the home. If a visitor wishes to take a resident on an outing or an appointment, we ask them to register the resident’s departure and return.
