7.00am – breakfast in the dining rooms
9.30am – exercises with the Physio in the wellness room
9.45am – seated dancing with lifestyle in the lounge area
10.30am – bus trip into the local community for coffee
12.00pm – lunch time in the dining rooms
1.30pm – movie in the on-site theatre
3.30pm – happy hour in the on-site cafe
