Noel at Arcare Maidstone has a heartfelt message: “There are angels at Arcare Maidstone.” He speaks of the kindness and compassion shown by our team members, creating a truly nurturing environment for all who live here.
Patricia at Arcare Parkwood shares that the team members give her so much love and attention. “I received many hugs at my birthday celebration,” Patricia recalls, emphasising how much the personal connections mean to her. She knows all the team members by name, which adds to the strong sense of belonging at Arcare.
For Brenda, a resident at Arcare Castlemaine, the decision to live in an Arcare residence was easy. “If you had to go someplace, you couldn’t pick anywhere better than here at Arcare,” she says. “The team members are amazing.” Brenda’s sentiment reflects the genuine care and dedication that defines Arcare communities.
Cheryl, also at Arcare Lisarow, had the opportunity to regain feeling and movement in her hands through physiotherapy. “I was able to recover after doing different exercises with the Physio,” she says, highlighting the importance of our tailored care and rehabilitation services.
Sheila’s story is one of immediate connection. “I knew from the first moment I walked through the door [Arcare Parkwood] that this was it. I’ll stay here,” Sheila says. After moving in February, she’s made so many new friends and embraces everything that life at Arcare has to offer. “It suits me down to the ground,” she shares, reinforcing the idea that our residence has truly become home.
