Private aged care provider, Arcare, is preparing to open a new residence in Belmont next week, promising state-of-the-art amenities and excellence in care for residents.
The development consists of 80 suites within two communities tailored to care needs – Ruby and Sapphire; names that both have strong connections to the region.
The residence will offer permanent care, using Arcare’s award-winning Dedicated Relationship model which places relationships between the residents, their family and team members above all else.

The Arcare Belmont residence is designed with a coastal-style interior and is fitted with 100kw solar panels and built with materials such as steel frames, Hebel panels, water-saving fixtures and insulation to assist with natural cooling and heating.
Residents will have access to their own ensuite and communal amenities such as a café, three courtyards, open activity rooms, hair salon, theatre, physiotherapy room, private dining room, community piano room and suites with courtyard or verandah access.
