You are welcome to do one of the following:

  • complete our feedback form which will be passed on to the right contact

Your feedback is important to us.

Please contact us first by completing the form which will be sent to our resolutions team. We aim to resolve all of our enquiries and will escalate concerns upon appropriate investigations.

What is the Arcare Feedback Process?

For residents in the community, we welcome all compliments, feedback and concerns.

  1. Fill in a ‘Green Feedback form’ and/or speak to your Residence Manager. Reception can provide their contact details if they are unavailable.

If your concerns are not resolved to your satisfaction, please follow the steps below:

  1. Speak to your Regional Support Manager. Reception can provide their contact details
  2. Contact Arcare Head Office by completing the Feedback form online.
