Thank you for the care you provide for my mother. I cared for her through the first 5 years after her dementia diagnosis. I thought, when she moved into aged care with Arcare, that I would have to actively advocate for her rights and be vigilant about signs of abuse and neglect. Instead I found a welcoming community, who supported both my mother and I through her transition and who have provided her with a high standard of care. She clearly feels safe with and valued by staff, and I have been able to relax in the knowledge that she is being well cared for. Thank you. I would particularly like to say that certain team members have been outstanding in the care they have provided to my mother - and to our family. Thank you.

What is the best thing about this home? The respect and warmth shown by most of the personal care, nursing and lifestyle staff towards my mother. I am impressed by the communication between staff - when I provide feedback or express a concern, it is communicated to others in the staffing group.
