Arcare has a vast network of support team members that provide quality National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services for those living in the community with a permanent and significant disability.

Arcare aims to deliver services and support to NDIS recipients in a way that maintains the rights, standards and principles underpinning and in compliance with the NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018 under the NDIS 2013.

We are committed to the NDIS evidence-based framework of Zero Tolerance to raise and respond to any deviation from the human rights of people using disability services.

Arcare Home Care has been registered with NDIS to offer the following services and support:

  • Assist – Personal Activities;
  • Assist – Personal Activities High;
  • Development – Life Skills;
  • Assist – Life Stage, Transition; and
  • Participate – Community.

Currently, these NDIS services are available for participants in Melbourne, Victoria and in the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and Gold Coast region in Queensland.

NDIS Code of Conduct

NDIS Code of Conduct

In order to promote the safety and well-being of people with disability, the NDIS Code of Conduct (NDIS Code) has been introduced and applies to all Arcare Home Care and service providers delivering NDIS support or services, including Personal Support Workers, contractors and community volunteers.

Arcare has appropriate worker screening processes and aims to deliver services and support in accordance to the NDIS Code.
