Working in the Arcare community is a rewarding journey that our increasingly diverse team is dedicated to fostering.
Centred on a Relationship-First Approach, we hold value in the interdependent relationships between residents, residents, team members, volunteers and family members above all else.
Arcare Brighton is committed to the Relationship-First approach, and understands the importance of recognising, celebrating and valuing all of their community members.
In May, the Arcare Brighton community celebrated the hard-work, dedication, and long-serving compassion of two of their team members during their Service Awards.
Team members gathered to show their support and celebrated the outstanding contributions of Desiree and Norma, who both have recently reached long-service milestones at Arcare.
Registered Nurse, Desiree proudly celebrated 5 years working at Arcare, while Enrolled Nurse, Norma celebrated 15 years working at Arcare Brighton. The pair received celebratory pins to recognise their accomplishments and years of caring, as well as receiving a delicious cupcake baked by General Services Manager, Oliver and his wife.
The Arcare Brighton community would like to congratulate Desiree and Norma on their milestones.
