We’ll start the process by setting up an in-home consultation where one of our home care team members will initially visit and meet with you to discuss how we can help and support you.
They will be able to provide a superior level of guidance and support so you can continue enjoying your home, your lifestyle and community for as long as you like.

After the in-home consultation, we’ll prepare your personalised support plan and identify potential support team members that we think will match with your needs and personal preferences.
You have choice in nominating team members that best suit your needs and personal preferences.
We’ll contact you to discuss Step 2 and make any changes based on your feedback and requests.
Once we’ve finalised your support plan and determined the day and time you would like to receive the services, we’ll schedule this in and the services can commence.
