For International Chocolate Day at Arcare Hope Island, clients enjoyed an endless flow of chocolates, marshmallows, biscuits and more!
As the freshly melted chocolate was drizzled over sliced strawberries and bananas, Lifestyle Co-ordintor Allison kept to the theme and prepared a series of chocolate-related trivia questions to entertain the clients while they munched on their desserts.
Clients were surprised to learn that chocolates are an aphrodisiac and is widely eaten among certain cultures in Europe and South America.
And they also learnt that chocolate sales soar on popular calendar events such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas.
From milk chocolate to dark and white chocolates, the clients were excited to share with one another their favourite chocolate bars to snack on.
They all had a great time celebrating International Chocolate Day as they had the opportunity to indulge in one of mankind’s greatest and sweetest discovery!
