John, our passionate Physio Aid conducts a variety of fun and successful exercises at Arcare Springwood.
He organises exercise sessions for lower and upper parts of the body, twice a week balance classes in the gym, hand therapy, mediation, morning walks in the park, yoga, Tai Chi and more.
Our exercise classes are so popular that sometimes, we have over 30 clients attending one session.
The clients at Springwood are keeping fit and loving their exercises!
They provide great feedback to us about their improvements in mobility, balance and strength.
And every month, John works hard to evaluate his programs after gaining feedback from the clients.
He does his best to ensure there is something for everyone.
Here at Arcare Springwood, we also have introduced a wax therapy session.
Our clients do a great job at keeping active with these great variety of exercise programs and are always looking forward to attending after breakfast.
