Located at 22 Aroona Court in Ngunnawal, the residence is part of the Gold Creek Homestead Precinct adjacent to The Grove Retirement Village on Gungahlin Drive. The modern three-storey facility will feature premium amenities and provide permanent residential aged care, dementia care, and respite care for residents from Ngunnawal, Nicholls, Palmerston, Gungahlin, Amaroo, Franklin, Harrison and across Canberra’s north.
