Arcare Sunbury is a new premium aged care residence coming to the corner of Elizabeth Drive and Budburst Drive in Sunbury, opening in late 2026.

This purpose-built residence will offer 136 suites across five thoughtfully designed communities, set on a gentle slope that follows the natural shape of the land.

The residence backs onto a bike path and natural creek line, creating a peaceful outlook and easy access to local outdoor spaces. Designed with community and comfort at the centre, amenities will include spacious lounge and dining areas, a wellness space, activity rooms, private courtyards and connected garden paths, creating an easy-to-navigate and calming environment for residents.

The purpose-built facility will provide permanent residential aged care, dementia care and respite care for residents from Sunbury, Diggers Rest, Bulla, Clarkefield, Riddells Creek, Gisborne and across Melbourne’s outer north-west.
