A nostalgic visit

Betty was proud to show fellow residents from Arcare Eight Mile Plains, the sites which her grandfather had once built and owned in Tamborine Mountain. Betty was overwhelmed to step into the St Bernards Hotel, just one of the buildings which her grandfather had built. The residents were interested to look at old photos which were on display of Betty’s grandfather and his family.

Betty was a fantastic tour guide on the day, showing the group around the town and giving some history behind the other sites which were once owned by family.
