Arcare Maroochydore Pink Ribbon Day High Tea

Arcare Maroochydore supported the Pink Ribbon Day cause in style with a wonderful high tea to raise awareness and rally behind loved ones who have been affected by it.
The spirits were high from first thing in the morning when team members and residents alike donned all of the pink they could find, from clothes to hats and costumes.
There were two separate high teas organised to ensure as many residents could attend as possible, and also keeping in line with social distancing.
The tables and decorations were looking spectacular with pink table runners, beautiful pink roses, and lots of other pink themed decorations. Our lovely ladies and gentlemen enjoyed a choice of food as well as strawberry milkshakes and pink iced tea, so an abundantly pink high tea to say the least.
After everyone had enough to eat and drink, Arcare Maroochydore’s wonderful Clinical Lead Tony joined in the fun by judging and awarding prizes for the best dressed staff member and best dressed client.
It was definitely a fun-filled event that brightened the spirits of all involved, it was even suggested by several of the residents that we consider having a regular colour themed day!
