Arcare Taigum streams virtual music concerts

Due to COVID-19 lockdown requirements and visitor restrictions, the clients and residents of the Arcare Taigum community have been making great use of technology to stay musically tuned with local musicians and artists streaming in online to perform live virtual concerts.

The Arcare Taigum Community usually has local artists perform live concerts in person, but respecting safety guidelines virtual concerts have been a safe and practical alternative to help clients continue to listen to their favourite songs and top musical hits.

Local NSW artist and talented musician Adam Price performs live online concerts that streams directly into the Arcare Taigum community theatre.

The clients and team members can interact with Adam who greets everyone in the theatre by name. Adam also provides friendly conversation and happily sings every favourite song requested from the audience.

The virtual concerts are popular with the clients and team members of Arcare Taigum who are grateful for each musical session. This is a wonderful example of the generous spirit of community that rises to the occasion to overcome challenges.
