Blooming lovely

With spring in the air, some talented residents have been busy decking out Arcare Carnegie with beautiful blooms out of an unlikely material. Layering colourful paper in shades of pink, yellow, red and purple, the group has created intricately designed colourful flowers.

Looking even better than the real thing, they placed the flowers in jars that had been decorated to look like colourful vases. Everyone could enjoy the beautiful creations which added a pop of colour to the Arcare Carnegie Community’s recent BBQ.

The best part of all is that the centrepieces can be used again and again, and will never wilt.

Along with Marg and Ana, the residents have been enjoying taking part in a range of ingenious creative projects. Stay tuned to see what other creative pursuits the residents take part in next.
