Childhood memories of flying paper planes at Arcare Oatlands

Clients at Arcare Oatlands had a fun-filled afternoon reliving their childhood memories when they decided to fold paper planes.

‘I used to make these with my children; we would make the best ones together,’ client Peter said.

After a few attempts at folding, they managed to get their paper planes just right and it was time for their test flights.

There were rounds of cheers and laughter when the clients watched their paper planes glide down the hallway.

They had an audience cheering them on at the opposite end and even though there was no clear winner, they all decided that everyone was winner that day.

Doreen enjoyed the paper plane competition so much that she said, ‘It’s the simple things that bring so much joy!’

And we could not agree more!
