When Arcare Surrey Hills client, Margaret told the team about how she wanted to cook lunch for her husband and Surrey Hills client, Harold, head chef, Alessio cooked up a plan to make it happen.
Working with Margaret, the pair decided on the menu, recipes and ingredients needed to cook up a feast for Harold. Margaret and Alessio both worked in the kitchen to cook backstraps, with Margaret even sharing her top secret tips and tricks on how to cook this particular cut of meat perfectly.
“It was lovely to see how happy and proud Margaret was to be in the kitchen cooking lunch for Harold. You could see that she was in her element and loving every minute of it, by the look on her face.” Alessio said.
When Margaret proudly served Harold lunch, he gave her a big smile and said “It looks delicious!”
