A creative bunch of flowers at Arcare Kanwal

Ever the creative bunch, the clients at Arcare Kanwal put together their own bunch of colourful flowers using an assortment of scrapbook paper, buttons, empty candles and pipe cleaners.

‘It’s going to be an easy flower to look after!’ Kathleen said.

Firstly, they cut out flower templates and proceeded to outline them onto the scrapbook paper.

Once they had cut it to their satisfaction, they glued a button onto the centre of their flower and used pipe cleaners as the stem to the complete the look.

After that, the flower stems were stuck into styrofoam hidden inside the glass candle jars, along with some shredded paper as green grass.

And the end result was a bunch of buttoned flowers!

‘What a colourful way to decorate my windowsill,’ Monica commented.
