Exercise fun and games

Doris, the Allied Health Assistant at Arcare Epping, decided to have a little fun with the residents during their regular exercise class. Rather than their usual activities, Doris brought in a giant ball. The laughter was contagious and everyone barely noticed that they’d been having a workout.
