Four generations of family enjoying a cuppa at Arcare Slacks Creek

Four generations of the Smikoff family gathered in our Arcare Slacks Creek residence for a morning cup of coffee.

Resident Luba Smikoff enjoyed the day with her daughter Rita Dickerson, granddaughter Kathy and great-granddaughters Ripley and Maxi.

“My children and family are the most important to me,”

Luba has been in our community for three years and her family members are also locals to Logan.

“The people here are very friendly and they always smile and say hi to you,” Luba shared.

Team members have also described Luba as being a positive and encouraging person to be with.

When she’s not having morning tea with her family, you can find Luba getting her snow-white hair done at our hair salon.

“You wouldn’t believe it, but I am 94 years old,” Luba said with pride.
