Heartwarming experience with farm animals at Arcare Slacks Creek’s Ekka Celebrations

Ekka celebrations is an important part of many Australians. Every year they visit the agricultural show for the animals, fireworks and yummy snacks!

For clients at Arcare Slacks Creek, this year was a little bit different as they celebrated it at the residence.

It was truly an eventful day as the Ekka celebrations were brought to them.

It was a whole lotta fun for team members, clients and their families.

There was a deliciously sweet chocolate wheel and pop-the-balloon games for everyone of all ages to play.

Without a doubt, the fairy floss was also a big hit among the clients! No one can say no to fairy floss!

Besides all the yummy food and exciting carnival games, farm animals from Old McDonalds also came along to make things even more interesting!

Clients had the opportunity to feed and cuddle with fluffy animals up close.

There were animals such as the alpaca, baby goats and lambs. Since it was still winter, some of the bay animals had little jackets to warm up their little bodies.

Of course, being cuddled by the clients definitely kept them nice and warm!

It was heart-warming to see the smiles on the client’s faces as they lovingly held onto the farm animals.
