Making homemade chocolate and Oreo cheesecake at Arcare Slacks Creek

Clients Joy, Audrey, Evelyn and Fran at Arcare Slacks Creek enjoyed making their own one-of-a-kind cheesecake.

Arcare Slacks Creek’s newest bakers worked up a sweat as they crushed biscuits to create the base and took turns whipping the cream cheese to form the fluffy filling.

They did this all by hand and without the help of any electrical cooking appliances.

Once the biscuit base and filling were in the cup, the clients were free to create their own yummy flavour combinations.

Joy created a raspberry cheesecake with some chocolate topping, while others created chocolate-filled cheesecakes with Oreo, Nutella and more chocolate topping.

By afternoon tea, their homemade cheesecakes were set and ready to be eaten!

Joy, Audrey, Evelyn and Fran thoroughly enjoyed their cheesecakes and Joy’s son was lucky enough to be visiting during afternoon tea and said it was the best cheesecake he had ever had!
