If the crown fits
An important event on the social calendar for the Sydenham Community was the Queen’s Birthday in June. With many royalists in the community, the event attracted quite a large turnout.
Prior to the event, clients came together to make their own crowns for the big day.
Clients received the royal treatment in preparation for the event, with everyone being invited to get a makeover.
Some wanted their hair curled and others wanted their makeup done so that they could look their best for the Queen’s Birthday edition of happy hour.
While sipping on some bubbles, clients were entertained with a concert performed by Klaviola.
It’s been a big year for the royal family, as the month before the community were eager to view the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
