QLD Police Pipes and Drums entertain Arcare clients

During a beautifully sunny day, clients at Arcare Taigum headed down to the Sinatra Unit to find the best seats in the house.

They were about to enjoy a concert performance from the QLD Police Pipes and Drums. The performers were dressed in their kilts and police shirts, and there were 3 pipers and a drummer.

They performed many popular songs and even had a sing-a-long.

Everyone was having fun as they were tapping their feet to the music. One of the pipers, Pat, was from Scotland and used to be a performer in the Edinburgh Tattoo.

Everyone said they enjoyed the concert and that it had brought tears to their eyes. One client said I just wanted to get up and do the highland fling, while another said that his family were members of a pipe band and he thoroughly enjoyed listening to the music.

Many clients said the concert could have been longer as it was so enjoyable and they are looking forward to their return.
