That’s Amore

Rosa Labella, one of our volunteers at Arcare Burnside, loves to cook for the residents. She has been described as being able to cook one ‘mean spaghetti’. While cooking up her delicious pasta, Rosa and the residents sing plenty of Italian songs with ‘That’s Amore’ being the standout favourite. After the first round of spaghetti they always ask for “Amore” spaghetti.
