The perfect pizza

In June, Arcare Brighton celebrated all things Italian.

Everyone found themselves experts in pizza making, as Ezio and Katherine from Gatto Rosso Trattoria Restaurant, came to demonstrate their skills.

The secret to a good pizza, Ezio explains, is the base. ‘You want a thin, crispy base and good quality toppings.’

The day wouldn’t have been complete without sampling some Italian desserts, and residents enjoyed espresso martinis and traditional Italian sweets and cakes.
