Residents in our Arcare Glenhaven community were throwing punches left and right during their morning exercise.
Led by Lifestyle Jeanette, the seated workout was such a great way to get their hearts pumping and their bloods flowing.
Boxing focuses on the arm, core, shoulder and back muscles and the residents certainly rose to the challenge.
From uppercuts and jabs to hooks and kicks, the residents were having fun in their boxing workout.
“I really enjoy the exercises; this was hard but really fun. And I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow,” a resident commented.
Alternating between boxing, tai chi, stretches and more, the residents are always up for a challenge.
