Arcare Eight Mile Plains had another visit from the Chung Tian Temple Loving Care group.
They performed a traditional dance for the clients and sung a lot of songs for them.
You could tell all the clients were cheerful and happy as they were energetically dancing and singing along to the performance.

As the Chung Tian Temple Loving Care group began their performance, Mr. Gu enthusiastically got up from his seat and started doing his own tai chi.
Tai chi and morning exercises are a big part of Mr. Gu’s daily routine so being able to participate in the group’s tai chi performance meant a lot to him.
Tai chi exercises are a wonderful way to promote an active lifestyle as it is slow, controlled and low impact.
For those who have mobility issues, tai chi exercises can also help to improve their balance, flexibility and muscle strength.
Besides benefits to the physical body, it also has an emphasis on having a peaceful and calm mind.
