If you took the time to sit down and chat to Arcare Craigieburn client, Beatrice (Betty) Humphriss, she would tell you all about her large family.
Betty typically describes her life as being and feeling incredibly ‘fully’, thanks to her family. Family means everything to Betty.
Betty has eight children of her own, 27 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and there are still more family additions on the way. That’s a whopping total of 89 family members; what a wonderfully large family!
The 90 year old, is undeniably the matriarch, and heart and soul of her family. Family members have been heard professing how much they all love and adore, the beautiful Betty. Betty would do anything for her family, and her family, time and time again have said and demonstrated, how they would do just about anything for her.
Many of Betty’s family members regularly come and visit her at the Arcare Craigieburn residence. Betty likes to show off her family members, particularly the adorable latest additions, to other clients and team members; always proudly boasting about their accomplishments in life.
