Bastille Day was a family affair for the Arcare Keysborough Community as clients celebrated alongside family and friends.
Bastille Day marks the storming of the Bastille in 1789 and signified the beginning of the French Revolution.
It is a national holiday in France and is celebrated in many countries around the world.
At Arcare Keysborough, clients threw a party and popped open a bottle of champagne (French, of course).
A big thank you to Daniele, Zara’s daughter, for supplying the champagne, music and décor for the event. It was a memorable afternoon and a brilliant celebration.
It was a sad goodbye to Annie, who has worked in the café at Arcare Keysborough for over a year. Her big send off happened to coincide with Bastille Day which made for a great day of celebration.
Throughout her time in the Arcare Keysborough Community, Annie has made special friendships with clients and team members. She always had time for a chat and was always willing to help out in any way.
We wish Annie all the best in her future endeavours.
We’d also like to welcome Anne to the team at Arcare Keysborough, who will be taking over as café attendant. We are looking forward to getting to know you over a cup of coffee.
