Just want to say a very special thank you to the staff at Arcare Knox for looking after my dad in respite.

Arcare Knox is better than any other facilities I have visited. I highly recommend this residence with their good management and caring staff.

We have been ‘blown away’ by every staff member at Arcare Knox for being so kind, caring, compassionate, respectful and giving such gentle care to mum. Every single person was like this – from first touch through to morning, noon and night team member. No one faltered in their attitudes and work ethic. Obviously not everything is perfect always and the staff work under difficult circumstances sometimes, but they always do it with a smile and gentleness that is heartwarming to witness.
