Years of Caring

In October, the Arcare Brighton community held a High Tea and Recognition ceremony, where specific team members’ milestone achievements and outstanding contributions were celebrated.

Many of the award recipients were recognised for their years of service, care and commitment to all the residents at Arcare Brighton.

Arcare Regional Manager, Prab and residence manager, Hassan together awarded the team members with a special certificate and pin to represent their years of dedication to their clients.

Many residents chose to attend the awards ceremony to show their own appreciation and thanks to these wonderful team members. After the ceremony concluded, the team and residents enjoyed a decadent 5-star high tea spread together, which included hot scones with jam and cream, mini cakes and finger sandwiches.
